VPLP is a world-renowned international team of French-based naval architects and designers that has been working worldwide in sail and motor craft for 30 years.
In 2010, they developed the first wing sail for BMW Oracle Racing Team, which ended up winning the 33rd America’s Cup. Building on this success, they founded AYRO in order to industrialize this disruptive innovation and recently launched OCEANWINGS®, the first reefable and furlable automated Wingsail.

BOAT INTERNATIONAL was launched in 1983 as the senior title in superyachting. It is a monthly, English language, superyachting magazine distributed in 55 different countries.

Founded in 2007, AKUO ENERGY is a leading company in renewable energy. As a pure player, Akuo has diversified both in terms of technologies (wind, solar, biomass cogeneration, hydro, marine thermal) and geographies.
At the end of 2019 Akuo has a presence in over fifteen locations around the world. Merveille Yachting and Akuo have a developed a collaboration to adapt Akuo’s knowhow on board yachts.
